I honoured to share my experience as , on the very first day of my course Ma’am Irshad said and I quote “Teaching is not job it’s a service “. This institute KGTTC taught me the power of learning, patience, adapting, listening , understanding of environment and excelling for perfection. I think Ma’am Irshad herself is an institute. I’m deeply honoured and grateful to be part of this institute as it shaped me who I am today not only as a teacher but also a mother . Happy and honoured to be part of KGTTC. With best regards Ayesha Atif

StudentMy Beloved Ma'am, Assalamu Alaykum. Hope this message finds you in the best state of Health and Emaan. Embarking on the Montessori journey has been a truly transformative experience for me, extending far beyond the classroom. Now that I've had the opportunity to implement these principles in my daily life, particularly as a mother, I wanted to share a few reflections. What has struck me most profoundly is how the Montessori philosophy has shifted my perspective on my daughter. The emphasis on observing and understanding her individual needs and developmental stages has brought a new level of patience and appreciation to our interactions. I find myself stepping back more, allowing her the space to explore and learn independently, and it's been incredible to witness her innate capabilities unfold. Creating a more prepared and child-centered environment at home, inspired by our Montessori training, has also made a significant difference. Simple changes, like accessible materials and organized spaces, have fostered her sense of responsibility and independence in ways I hadn't anticipated. Beyond the practical applications, the underlying principles of respect, grace, and courtesy that are so central to Montessori have deeply influenced how I communicate with her and how I strive to model these values. It's about fostering a relationship built on mutual understanding and genuine connection. I am so grateful for the insights and tools this Montessori course has provided. It hasn't just equipped me to be a better educator, but it has enriched my role as a mother in ways I could not have imagined. It's truly about nurturing the whole child, and that understanding has profoundly impacted my approach to parenting. I'd love to hear if any of you have had similar experiences as you integrate Montessori principles into your own lives." Peace & blessings!
